The Terraces @ Culture Walk is a residential townhouse development designed by Architect John Maitland of Energy Architecture. It comprises two rows of townhouse dwellings lining the Culture Walk promenade, which provides a pedestrian access between the central facilities of the Arts EcoVillage and the historic township of Aldinga.
The Terrace houses on Tetragonia Walk and Efusion townhouses on Kennedia Walk, feature energy efficient ‘liveable’ designs ranging from a single bedroom studios to three bedroom homes.
