The function of the WMG is to operate and maintain all the AAEV Corporation Assets. This includes buildings, roads, established landcapes, communications, waste collection, power, gas, water, and wastewater-treatment infrastructure. Tasks include the regular monitoring of systems, including water and energy use, coordinating repairs as required, and establishing any necessary maintenance contracts with outside service providers.
Other functions include the provision of information to residents on how to interface with and use Village infrastructue, and the planning of future extension to services as the Village grows (e.g, establishment of an integrated waste management process and energy and water reduction strategies for the entire village).
