Thanks so much to Wayne and Jenny for hosting the 'Happy Hour' social on Friday; it was a hoot!  Jenny suggested that we take along an old or interesting / funny photo of ourselves.  Around 40 people turned up and I think everyone brought a photo!  it was hilarious!  Hoots of laughter could be heard all evening!
 
As always, there was so much beautiful food on offer too. It's reassuring to know that we do not have to take food to every Social; just turn up yourself if you are not able to prepare food for whatever reason; there's always plenty. It's one of the many wonderful things about living in the village - shared responsibility.  Bit different on pizza night - we usually take our own pizza.
 
If you've not been to one of our Village social events before, or haven’t been for a while, the next one is our regular Pizza Night beside the Sharing Shed, on the last Friday of the month - this month on 27 August from 6pm onwards.
